Sweetwater Event Center would like to extend our warmest thoughts and hope to all as we fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Our love and sympathies are with those impacted by the virus and by its fallout.
We understand that many people, our clients included, have had to postpone special moments and monumental occasions in their lives.
Beginning March 16, 2020, we are offering a “Flexible Rescheduling Policy” for all new and previously scheduled events. All deposits may be moved to alternate available dates for those forced to reschedule due to COVID-19. We will continue to monitor the situation and allow for an extension to this policy if the need arises.
At the end of the storm, the most important thing is being together. We understand that many celebrations will be smaller than originally planned and availability may be limited. For this reason, Sweetwater Event Center offers unique benefits for rescheduling with our Micro Weddings & new Mini Celebrations. These events are two hours in duration designed for 50 or fewer guests and include tables, chairs, linens, simple candle centerpieces, nonalcoholic beverage service, a champagne (or sparkling juice) toast, and a small cake.
